Burlington Pain Care is located at the southwest corner of Appleby Line and Upper Middle Road in Burlington, ON. We are easily accessible from either the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) or Highway 407. 

Patients who receive spinal injections, including epidurals, must be driven home, so please be prepared to either have someone remain in the waiting room or return to pick you up. Please also allow adequate time before booking any other appointments on the same day.

Accessibility

Burlington Pain Care is pleased to offer extensive free parking. The building is wheelchair accessible through the west side of the building, with elevator access to our second-floor offices.
